Hanging indoor plants

Pothos

The name Pothos is the common name for many houseplants in the Epipremnum or Scindapsis genus. They are native to southeast Asia where they climb up trees in the wild. In the home, they can be grown to hang from a pot or trained to climb up a moss pole.

  • Grow in a bright spot. Avoid direct sun.
  • Drought tolerant but, we do not recommend allowing pothos to dry out too much. Water thoroughly and let the soil dry out approximately 50% before watering again. Never leave the plant sitting in water for a long period of time.

  • Fertilise every other week from April – October.
  • Repot every 2 years or when you see the roots coming through the drainage holes of the pot.
